1 Are bed linen and towels provided in the apartment?

Bed linen and towels, kitchen clothes...are provided in all of our apartments. There is no extra charge for this. In fact there are no extra charges at all.

2 Are prices per person or per apartment?

Prices shown are per apartment per night. The price is affected by the number of people staying in the apartment. Apartments have a capacity as shown on the website, and may not be booked for greater numbers without our consent. Prices include all taxes and there are no further costs or hidden costs to consider.

3 Are there extra charges for TAX, gas, electricity or water etc? .. ?

There are NO extra charges for TAX gas, electricity, water, towels sheets, etc. No surprise!!!.

Nevertheless, we ask you to behave responsibly and use services according to your needs. Please do not waste energy.

4 How much do I pay to make the booking?.

To make a booking you need to pay a down pre-payment of part of the total charge. This is for onfirm your reserve.

5 When do I pay the rest of the money?

The remaining of the cost is payable on arrival in cash if you don' t pay it you can not book the apartment. And On arrival you will also be asked for at least 100 euros as a deposit against damage made during your stay. This should be in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!

6 What is the deposit I have to pay on arrival?

It is compulsory to pay a damage deposit upon arrival to your apartment during the check in. The deposit MUST be paid CASH. It will be returned upon departure after a full inspection of the apartment during check out. The amount of the deposit varies between 100€ to 300€ depending on the apartment, numer of persons, number of days....

7 Cleaning

The apartment it will be perfectly clean upon your arrival. During your stay you are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment. By the time of departure, you should leave the apartment in the same cleaning conditions that you found it. When you leaves of the apartment is not necessary to clean towels and sheets. If you prefer we can arrange the cleaning service for you The cost it will vary according to the apartment, the number of days, number of people and so on but the price it's about 30 €. Additional cleaning services can be organized on arrival.

8 Drink water?

You can drink our tap water, we drink it!, but if you prefer get yourself bottled water.

9 Are pets welcomed?.

Our policy is not to accept pets in our apartments. If you travel with pets please ask us we have specials apartments for this cases.

10 Is there phone or internet connexion in the apartments?

Apartments do not have land phone. Some of them have wi-fi internet connexion. But we have an special computer for Internet connection totally free.

11 Breakfast...

We don´t serve breakfast, meals or dinners. You should not worry, in any case. All apartments have a kitchen where you can prepare whatever you might need. At 1 minute walking you can find where ta have breakfast, meals or dinner, as well as suprmarkets, pharmacy,

12 Are the apartments safe?.

Our apartments are located in quiet area where there is no security problems of any kind.

Our apartments are located in quiet area where you can find easily a free place to park the car without cost.
