When you book one of our apartments we ask for a down payment consisting in a part ( 50%) of total price of your stay, and this Pre-payment is necessary to confirm a reservation.
The Pay is required within a maximum of 24-48 hours from the making of the pre-reservation. If not received within this time the pre-reservation is automatically cancelled.
The remaining 50% will be paid IN CASH (Euros € ) upon your arrival to the apartment, at the signature of the contract. Please remember that there is also, always, a breakage and damage deposit required upon arrival in cash (Euros). No delays on the payment will be accepted.
Pre-payment can be made by a Bank Transfer (SWIFT), through a credit card or PAYPAL. Bank transfer and PAYPAL costs will be assumed by the responsibility of the client.
Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until Buffa Apartments has received the pre-payment and you have received a email confirmation from us.
Please contact us 3 days before your arrival to confirm the meeting time on arrival.
Once Buffa Apartments has received the client’s down payment we will confirm the booking via e-mail.
The amount of the down payment will be deducted from the total quantity of the reservation during the check-in. At this time, we will provide keys to your apartment, complete instructions and any other information needed or requested about regarding the use of the apartment. The client will then sign the contract and pay the remaining amount of the reservation and the deposit in cash or with credit card. Please remember No cash no keys.

IMPORTANT: No matter the reason for cancellation, the down payment will be subject to cancellation policy. In case of fully prepaid reservations, the same conditions will apply.

- Booking Code.
- Card Holders Name (as shown on the card).
- Type of Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard).
- Credit Card Number.
- Expiry Date/Valid Thru (month and year).
- Validation Code (found on the reverse side of the credit card on the white signature strip).

To make a Bank Transfer (SWIFT/BIC): (Once you have made the bank transfer you must immediately inform us by sending us an e-mail with the bank transfer details)
When making a Bank Transfer please indicate:

Your first and last names.
The dates of booking.
For International Bank Transfers (SWIFT/BIC), the following codes are necessary:

- SWIFT/BIC Code
- IBAN Code
